Noah has been doing this for a while, but I needed to write it down because I don't want to forget it someday. Noah has decided to call me Daddy's-House for some reason. Anytime he sees me or talks to me he always says the WHOLE thing: Daddy's-House this and Daddy's-House that. I don't really know what got him to stick that word on my name. I corrected him for a while but now I've just given up. I've tried turning the tables on him but to no avail. A typical conversation between us (with translation in parentheses) sounds like this:

NOAH: "Daddy's-House!" (Daddy!)

ME: "What, Noah's-House?" (What, Noah--I'm gonna stick this "house" thing back in your face!)

NOAH: "I wann Diegos!" (I'm gonna ignore that jab and demand my Go-Diego-Go shoes!)

ME: "Myra's-House, get me Noah's-House's shoes" (Look, I can do this to ANY word. See how silly it sounds?)

NOAH: "Daddy's-House....DIEGOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" (You're an idiot. Gimme my dang shoes!)

ME (meekly): "OK" (you win)

Chris tells me that this is my penance for laughing at her all those times Noah called her "Chris". Ain't kids grand?

It's that time of year again. Time for Uncle Ricky to work his magic. Which pic made it onto this year's Christmas card? You'll just have to wait and see.

Most of you know that Chris and I absolutely love the show Scrubs. If you haven't seen it, then you've been living in a cave the last few years--especially since it just went into syndication. I ran across this Holiday tidbit that seems to be a few years old, but it was new to me. It's the cast of Scrubs dubbing over a Charlie Brown Christmas and it....is....GREAT!!!! Just watch it and thank me later.

Usually, it's Josh posting about cool things he found while "surfing the web". Correction, EVERYTIME there's a post about something found on the web, it's by Josh. It just goes to show who does all the work around here. Anywho ...

I did it this time! I found something that's fun. I found something that nobody else has posted about yet (at least, no one in our circle of blogs). Okay, so I have to give a bit of credit to "T-ho" ... Thanks!

Take a look at the following picture. There are 74 (some say 75 and some say there's even more) bands represented. How many can you name? Me? Not a whole lot ... just the obvious.
